That is where Frank Mercer lives.
He is not perfect. He is not clean. He makes the wrong choices for reasons that sometimes feel right at the time. He protects people he should walk away from. He keeps secrets he should expose. He follows the truth, even when the truth has teeth.
That is what makes the archive interesting to me.
